Belize Diabetes Self Management Program

This project is a joint effort between the Belize Diabetes Association(BDA) and the Ministry of Health. It is funded through the International Diabetes Federation(IDF) and is aimed at helping recently diagnosed Type 2 Diabetics develop the skills needed to self manage their condition.
